What the official page says

刺青、ファッション・タトゥーがある方もご利用いただけます。創業以来、大和の湯では刺青がある方の入館を特にお断りしてはおりません。

People with traditional or fashion tattoos can use the facility. Since opening, Yamato no Yu has never refused entry because of tattoos.

The official FAQ says guests with traditional or fashion tattoos can use the baths.

About 15 minutes by car from Narita Airport. Children under school age are not admitted.
