私たちは、お客様の文化背景や価値観を尊重し、刺青・タトゥーをされているお客様の利用を制限しておりません。 しかしながら、すべてのお客様が快適にお過ごしいただけるよう、他のお客様が恐怖心を抱く可能性があると私たちが判断した場合、温泉・大浴場のご利用をお断りする場合がございます。 宿泊者以外の方も利用する施設は、タトゥーが8cm×10cmのカバーシール8枚で完全に覆える大きさで、カバーシールやカバーをご着用いただくことを条件に、ご利用いただけます。
We respect our guests' cultural backgrounds and values and do not restrict guests with tattoos. However, so that everyone is comfortable, we may refuse use of the hot spring or large bath if we judge that other guests could feel afraid. Facilities that non-staying visitors also use can be used if your tattoos can be fully covered by eight 8 × 10 cm cover stickers and you wear the stickers or a cover.
Hoshino Resorts' group FAQ says staying guests with tattoos are not restricted. Baths that day visitors also use need tattoos small enough to cover with eight 8 × 10 cm stickers.
If you only visit for the day, the cover-sticker condition applies.
