Tattoo access

The three official Kusatsu baths do not specifically refuse entry or bathing to people with tattoos; visitors are asked to follow bath etiquette.

The FAQ states seasonal hours: 07:00–21:00 Apr–Nov and 08:00–21:00 Dec–Mar; last entry 30 minutes before closing.
